By submitting a request for free samples from Harvest Clouds, the applicant (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must be either:
- Currently engaged in the sale of vaping products through retail, wholesale, or distribution channels; or
- Social media influencers or individuals with an online presence who actively use vaping products.

Legal Consumption Age: All Participants must be existing consumers of tobacco or nicotine products and must be at least 21 years of age or of legal smoking age in their respective jurisdiction.

Disclaimer of Liability: Harvest Clouds accepts no liability or responsibility for the consumption or misuse of the provided samples. Participants accept full responsibility for the use of any products received and acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.

Consent to Contact: By applying, Participants consent to be contacted by Harvest Clouds via any communication channel, including but not limited to email and phone, for purposes related to sample distribution, feedback, or follow-up.

Right to Refuse: Harvest Clouds reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or deny participation in the sampling program based on its internal review and discretion.

Review Requirement: Participants who are social media content creators or influencers agree to post an honest and public video review of the product on their respective platforms within a reasonable time after receiving the sample.

Non-Commercial Use: The provided samples are for personal testing and promotional feedback purposes only. Reselling of any samples is strictly prohibited.
